Sutter VNA & Hospice provides quality care in the comfort of our
patients' homes, offering one-to-one patient care and the opportunity to
be part of the fastest growing area of healthcare today. We provide a
full spectrum of home-based health services enabling us to coordinate
care across the Sutter Health and community networks.
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-time Physical
Therapist positions at our Emeryville, Santa Rosa and San Mateo
locations.
We offer rehabilitation to our patients in the comfort and dignity of
their own home. This position will be responsible for the overall
management, including direct patient care, of their assigned patients.
You will conduct patient visits, while evaluating and providing
therapeutic services specific to the patient's unique population,
experiencing disorders involving pain, immobility and loss of function.
You will be performing skilled services while having the opportunity to
work with an experienced interdisciplinary team of occupational
therapists, speech pathologists, nurses, physicians, and other health
care providers. This is a great opportunity to be a vital part of your

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We require a minimum of 1-2 years of physical therapy
experience, along with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical
Therapy from an accredited curriculum with a current California Physical
Therapy license, current BCLS/CPR certification, and valid California
driver's license is required. Knowledge of adult physical disabilities
and sensory integration as well as knowledge of state and federal
regulations governing home health is also required.
